For all legal disputes the Belgian courts will be responsable.

The order amount referred to above includes the total cost of goods as stated on this website. VAT is included in the prices of the items. Company Buyers leave their VAT number for export-orders.
We deliver to different adresses within one single order but with each delivery adress a separate charge will occur in accordance with standard delivery charges as stated.
All deliveries are made by courier between monday to friday from 9am to 5pm and require a signature. Time as not specified and in case of absense delivery can be rearranged with courier.
All orders will be delivered within 10 days, after we received your payment.
Standard international CMR conditions are applicable on shipments. Cfr UPS/DHL/TNT
PAYMENT
Full payment of your order will be taken at the time of the processing of your order. At the unlikely event an item is not in stock or not able to be delivered within 10 days you will be informed.
Items that would be out of stock will follow as soon as they will be available.
INVOICING
After completing order, a pro forma invoice with all order & payment details will be sent.
As soon the payment has been fulfilled and goods have been delivered, the final invoice will be sent by e-mail.
IMPORT DUTY
Depending on size and value, customers outside the EU can be charged locally for import duties and taxes on delivery of their order. Style Society can not be held responsible for these charges.
Please contact your local Customs and Excise Office for information.
CANCELLATION
Items purchased from our online shop can be returned within 14 days of delivery by contacting us via mail (contact us).
Please quote your original order number and reason you wish to return the item in question. Please also confirm if you want a replacement or refund. Delivery fees are not refunded.
We will contact you with instructions how to return these items in the original packaging.
Replacement/refunds will only be issued after the original goods in their original packaging have been received by us.
